Ann C. Delia, 74 of Chicago's Portage Park formerly of Lincoln Square after a long illness passed away March 30, 2025. Cherished mother of Michele Delia and the late Melissa. Beloved "mom mom" to Shane, Blaine, and Conley. Great grandmother to August and Lily. Dear sister of Sandra (Dennis) Delia. Dearest aunt of Kimberly, Dennis Jr., Alexsandra, John and many others. Fond friend to many. Memorial service at Community First Hospital Chapel at a later date and time.
