Anna-Marie Lew, 84 of Elk Grove Village, IL passed away peacefully on May 12, 2024. She is preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Mildred Jaekar, loving husband Francis Lew, loving sons Alan Lew (Michelle) and Donald Lew. Anna-Marie is survived by her loving sisters Janet Walsh, Janis Tomas (Ron), her daughters Elizabeth Soehlke, Christine Hussar (Scott), her eight grandchildren Ericka Donovan (Scott), Ryan Lew, Vanessa Guerrero (Jeremy), Jacob Soehlke (Kaitlyn), Lauren Levine (Michael), Jackson Hussar, Jenna Hussar, Brady Lew and her two great granddaughters Nicole Donovan and Francesca “Frankie” Levine. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends who loved her very much. Anna-Marie loved playing cards (especially bridge) with her friends and sisters as well as having many family gatherings and friend get-togethers in her home. She opened her home to everyone and there were many cherished memories born there. She also loved going to plays with her friends. She was a loving, generous, beautiful person with a kind heart who loved her family and will be missed beyond belief. She was a proud, doting grandmother and great grandmother and loved filling her days spending time with them. A celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
