Anthony 'Tony' J. Padula

Anthony J (Tony) Padula passed away on November 21, 2022. He was 63 years old. Anthony was born in Chicago on February 3, 1959 and was a lifelong Chicago area resident. He was the son of James (Rocco) and Glenda Padula. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Henry and Elizabeth Thompson and his father. Tony is survived by his wife Angela Padula, mother Glenda Padula, his daughters Lauren and Nicole Padula, brother James Padula and uncle Robert Thompson and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Tony loved the outdoors for hunting, fishing and camping. He could fix almost anything. He was a building inspector and worked in several Chicago suburbs including Glenview, Burr Ridge and most recently Park Ridge. He became one of the first to complete his master code official certification in the state. Tony loved his Chicago sports teams including the Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks. He will be missed by his family and many friends. Memorials may be made to PAWS Chicago, National Park Foundation or charity of donor’s choice. A Celebration of Life service will be held in Glenview in the spring of 2023.
