Cherished brother of Andrea Ibarra and Lucia (Aaron Tovar) Ibarra. Dearest uncle of Daniela, David, Aaliyah, Emma and Elsa. Arthur serviced the retirement community of Vi at The Glen as a security specialist. Visitation Sunday, October 28th from 2pm-5pm at Cooney Funeral Home, 3918 W. Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60618.
