Austen Keith Patton

Austen Keith Patton, age 31, passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2026.
Austen was born on October 12, 1994, at Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, to the late Keith Wayne Patton and Sue Ann Patton (Brown).
He was a 2012 graduate of Zion-Benton Township High School. Austen had a creative spirit and a passion for photography. He also deeply loved music, finding joy and expression in creating his own mixes—some made just for himself, and others thoughtfully crafted and shared with friends and loved ones.
Austen is lovingly survived by his grandmother, Patricia Patton; his four sisters; nine cherished nieces and nephews; and many extended family members, including his aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is also remembered fondly by his cousins Mike Fletcher and Jim Borden.
A private celebration of life will be held in June.
