Barbara Elizabeth Lunsford

Barbara Elizabeth Lunsford (nee Nelson) was born on September 29, 1942. She passed away peacefully at home on October 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.

Barbara is survived by her daughter, Lisa O'Hara (Sean), and son David Scott Lunsford (Meghan). Barbara was a proud grandmother to Ryan, Kevin, Katie, Hayley, Skylar, Brooke, and Colten. She also cherished her great grandson, Connor. Barbara was a long time member of Ebenezer Lutheran Church in Chicago.

She is preceded in death by her son, Kenny Warren Lunsford Jr., her sister, Doris Quigley, and nephew, Sean Quigley.

Visitation will be Saturday November 2nd, 2024 from 10am until the memorial service at 11:30am at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, 1650 W. Foster Avenue, Chicago IL 60640. Interment will be private.

Barbara's memory will always be cherished by those who loved her.
