Barbara S. Sroka

Barbara S. Sroka, a respected real estate developer and agent, passed away on August 21, 2023. She was born on February 28, 1949, in Evansville, IN. Barbara's passing is mourned by her loving family, numerous friends, and the community she served tirelessly throughout her illustrious career.

Outside of work, Barbara had an array of interests that brought immense joy to her life. She shared a deep passion for classic cars with her beloved husband Robert Sroka. Together, they embarked on countless adventures exploring their shared hobby. Whether it was cruising down scenic roads or attending car shows, Barbara's eyes would light up with excitement whenever she talked about these cherished memories.

Family was of utmost importance to Barbara. She leaves behind her devoted husband Robert Sroka, who stood by her side through thick and thin. Their bond symbolized love and commitment that inspired others around them.
In addition to Robert, Barbara is survived by her son John and daughter Jennifer(Jesse) Day, all of whom were fortunate to have called her their mother. Being there for her children was at the core of Barbara's being and they will forever cherish the memories shared with their beloved mother.

Barbara had a large extended family that consisted of four brothers and four sisters, whose lives were woven together by unbreakable bonds forged in childhood. 

Barbara's vibrant personality attracted friendships wherever she went. She touched countless lives over the years through genuine connections built on trust and mutual understanding. Her kind heart, positive outlook, and willingness to lend a helping hand made her a true friend to many. The impact she had on the lives of those fortunate enough to know her will continue to resonate.
