Belinda W. Routh, 83, of Westmont, at rest September 13, 2021. Beloved wife of Anthony for 56 years. Loving sister of Donna Brockman McDaniel, James Cassin Westbrook, and Carroll Ira Westbrook, Jr. Fond aunt and friend to many. Belinda spent many years sailing and was an art enthusiast.
