Carol Ann Luberda (née Hein), 72, of River Grove and fomerly of Chicago's North West Side, passed away August 19, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Larry Luberda. Dear sister of William (Gail) Hein, Dale Hein, Terri (the late Ray) Ball & the late Eileen. Loving aunt to many nieces & nephews. Loving daughter of the late Albert & Julia Hein.
A Memorial Service for Carol will be held on Saturday, September 11th at St. Adalbert Catholic Cemetery and Mausoleum, 6800 N. Milwaukee Ave, Niles at 11:30am. Please arrive early and park in the Office Lot where cars will then proceed to the Chapel.
Memorial Luncheon will take place directly after the service at White Eagle Events & Convention Center, 6839 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714.
