Carol Schroeder

Mrs. Carol Jean Schroeder of Arlington Heights, Il passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021. She was 78 years old. Born in Chicago, Illinois in June of 1942, Carol previously lived in Harwood Heights, where she and her husband Tom raised their four children. Carol spent many years at United Airlines where she developed lifelong friendships. Carol was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend who enjoyed thrift shopping, always in search of a good bargain especially when it came to expanding her reading library. She loved to spoil her grandchildren and did so at every opportunity possible. Carol is survived by her husband of 60 years, Tom, 4 children, Janice Breyne (Christopher), Thomas, Robert and Richard (Heather). She is also survived by her 5 grandchildren: Kelli (Travis), Alyssa, Henry, Maggie and Alex. She is also survived by her sister Laura Anda (John) and brother Dick Miloch (Judy). Carol was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Anne Miloch and her sister and brother-in-law, Fran and Roger Fillmore.
