Carolyn Crocco (née Jackimek), age 71, of the Northwest Side of Chicago, at rest June 22, 2021. She is survived by her loving brothers Allan and Tim (Deanna) Jackimek and cherished niece and nephews Michael, Gwen, Daniel and Timothy. Carolyn was preceded in death by her beloved sons Kenneth and Jeffrey and her treasured parents Paul and Marie Jackimek. Memorial Mass pending.
