Carolyn V. Isom

Carolyn Vey Isom (nee Canfield), 74, of Lombard, formerly of the Chicagoland area and Grand Chain, Illinois; passed away on February 15th 2018. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy Joe Isom for 30 years. Loving mother of Melanie (Charles). Cherished step-mother of Janet (Dale), Christine, James (Jennifer), and Monte (Estee). Dearest grandmother of 6. Retired after 20 years in the transportation industry. Carolyn had a passion for breeding and showing champion German Wirehaired Pointers, and was active in the German Wirehaired Club of America. She also loved knitting, sewing, embroidery and crafts of all kinds. Memorial Service Saturday, February 24th @ 12:00 PM at Grace United Methodist Church in Naperville.
