Charles Edward Burks, 46, of Belmont Cragin formerly of the Austin neighborhood. Passed away after a brief illness on December 13, 2020. Loving father of Nevaeh. Cherished brother of Rufus Burks, Cassandra (Mitch) Seidman, Lisa Burks, and the late James Burks. Dear son of the late Rufus and Mary Burks. Fond uncle of Zachary Vincent Casner (22), Rufus Burks III (20), Daniel Jean Burks (19), Terena Kiara Seidman (19), Jasmine Burks (15), and Sariyah Bianca Alisa Seidman (15). Beloved cousin to many.
