Charles Hightower

Charles "Charlie" Hosmer Hightower passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 72.

Born on January 17, 1954, Charlie will be remembered with love by all who shared in his life. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Annegret E. Wagner Hightower; his son Charles Ashley Hightower, his wife Colleen Marie, and their son Ethan Charles; and his son Daniel Dwight Hightower. He is also survived by his sister Dee Marie Singer, his brother Dwight Hightower, his step brother Edward M. Mandel and his wife Remona M, and his stepsister Kimberly Hightower Downs and her husband Steve Downs.

Charlie's life was centered on the people he loved and the hope he had in his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. John 3:16 is one of his favorite verse. His memory will remain a lasting part of our family’s story. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.

A memorial service will be held on November 14th at 11:00 AM at Quentin Road Baptist Church in Lake Zurich, IL. Quentin Road Baptist Church | Pastor Jim Scudder
