Charlie O'Connor of Croton, New York, age 70, died on September 21, 2022.  Husband of Patricia, nee Stanton; father of twins, Charles Edward III and Clare Elizabeth; son of the late Charles E. Sr. and the late Eileen L. O’Connor; brother of Timothy, Thomas, Richard and James; cousin and uncle to many; graduate of Georgetown University, class of 1974.
