Clarissa Whitehead

Clarissa Whitehead, 69, passed away on the 21st of May, 2023 in her beloved hometown of Chicago. She was absolutely adored by her children, Adrian, Clarissa, Kurt, and Kenneth, as well as her grandchildren, Klarissa, Omari, and Niila. Her siblings, Frank (Mona) Vesely and Barbra (Donald) Hinkle, cared enormously for their sister. Curtis Whitehead (former husband) and Clarissa spent 25 years together.

As an educator, Clarissa dedicated her career to work in strategic learning initiatives for children. This zeal for learning and growth manifested in her hobbies as well. Clarissa enjoyed playing games, mastering puzzles of all kinds, and nurturing her plants. If music was playing, you'd be sure to find her dancing. Along with her warm nature, Clarissa was deeply curious, which lead her to be a veracious reader of murder mysteries. Clarissa will be missed and celebrated by her family, friends, and those she lovingly dedicated her time to.
