Clifton Smith, 86, of Chicago, formerly of Memphis, TN, New Jersey, and Bloomington, IN, passed on May 2, 2024.

Dearest brother of Jean Astree, Marion (Albert) Portor, Richard (Ethelda) Smith, Carolyn (Heasley Sr.) Matthews, and Carnetta Smith.

Clifton was a professor at Indiana University.
