Constantin Mircescu, age 84, US Army veteran of Chicago's Lathrop area and formerly of Bucharest, Romania, at rest on Tuesday December 1, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Alexandria. Loving father of Ovidio Mircescu and Avis Frost. Survived by one brother and two sisters; fond cousin and uncle to many.
