Craig Stephen Gerdes

Craig Stephen Gerdes, born on April 18, 1951, in St. Louis, passed away on September 17, 2025. He lived a life filled with love and dedication, most notably to his family.

Craig was married to Cecilia M. Burns Gerdes for 52 wonderful years. Together, they raised two children, Keith (Erin Riney) Gerdes and Brooke (Brandon) Harvey. Craig found immense joy in being a grandfather to Teagan Harvey, Greyson Harvey, Evie Riney Gerdes, and Rae Riney Gerdes.

He is also survived by his siblings: Kent Gerdes, Dennis (Edie) Gerdes, David (Sherry) Gerdes, and Michael (Sveta) Gerdes. Craig was preceded in death by his brothers Louis Gerdes, Jeffery Gerdes, and Roger Gerdes.

Craig's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Services will be announced at a later date/time.
