Dale Banks, 61, of Country Club Hills and formerly of Morgan Park/Beverly, after a long illness, transitioned on May 15, 2020. Beloved husband of the late Diane Douglas (2020). Loving father of Dominique Fleming, Dale Banks Jr., and Jocelyn Berry. Cherished grandfather of 5. Dear brother to LaSharon Smith, Sam Couch, Alfred Couch, Marshall Couch and Sherman Couch. Proceeded in death by his mother Dorothy Couch, father Sam Banks, brother Fred Couch. Fond uncle of MarQuitta Carr and 25 nieces and nephews, 37 great nieces and nephews, 10 great-great nieces and nephews; he was an active part in all of their lives. Cousin and friend to many. Memorial services are scheduled for June 13, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Ada Park 11258 S Ada Chicago Illinois 60643. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
