Daniel Klebba, of Wauconda, passed away July 2, 2026.

Daniel dedicated his life to the pursuits and passions that brought him joy and meaning. He was a loyal friend. He loved all animals and respected nature. He enjoyed music, films, books, and had a deep passion for writing and poetry.

Daniel’s life was centered on simple joys that became unforgettable to those who knew him. He had a way of making people feel cared for and loved, offering warmth, respect and friendship to many. He had an undying desire to aid and assist the homeless, touching and helping so many lives. Every day he carried out acts of kindness, words of encouragement and simply was present for those who did not have a voice in society.

Daniel was someone who made an impact and changed lives simply by being the kind of person people remember. He had a heart of gold, accepting people as they are, and offered warmth, respect and friendship to many. His presence and golden heart will be remembered fondly by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Daniel predeceased his mother and father, Martin and Cynthia Klebba. He is survived by many family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be given on July 18th, at St. Mary of the Annunciation Church in Mundelein, IL.
