Daniel F. "Gator" Mele, 70, of Brighton Park and formerly of Englewood, passed away April 4, 2020. Loving father of Daniel (Asia) and Nick (Kristeen). Cherished grandfather of Kyle. Longtime friend and former spouse of Janice (nee Hernandez). Dear brother of Anthony "Butch" (the late Joan) Mele, Mary (the late James) Swanson, Thomas Mele, Linda (Richard) Witkowski, Hope Mele, and Kenneth (Sue) Mele. Fond uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
