Daniel Leonard Nebren, 81, of Mundelein, formerly of Chicago's Clearing neighborhood, after a long illness, passed away May 19, 2024. Dear son of the late Daniel and Florence (Tudgeman) Nebren. Beloved husband of Roxann (Bartuch) Nebren. Loving father of Denise (Mark) Gabowski. Desiree (the late James) Andersen, Danielle (Jan) Valdez, and the late Daniel Michael Nebren and step-father to Kenneth (Christine) McGee. Cherished grandfather of 16 and precious great grandfather of 15 and many nieces and nephews. Dearest brother of the late Lorraine Powell.

Daniel attended Thompson Kelly High in Brighton Park and was a longtime employee at Condell Medical Center in maintenance. Daniel loved traveling, hunting, fishing, gambling, working on his yard, trying out new restaurants. He enjoyed motorcycles, classic cars, and pontoon rides with his wife. Daniel loved all holidays, but Halloween was a particular favorite of his. He loved to dress up and host a party every year with his friends and family.
