David Neal Jr., was born in Brownsville, Tennessee on December 11, 1943, to the union of David Neal Sr and Rosie Mae Ragland As a young man, David was a star basketball player for the Carver High School WildCats from 1961-1965 in Brownsville Tennessee. He was also an avid hunter. In 1986 he married his beloved wife Linda Sims Neal and they were married for 37 years. David leaves behind children Toma Smith, Ronald Sims, Patricia Sims, Benita Sims and Daniel Neal. Loving brother of L.T Bond, Patricia Wright, Pearly Jean and Lula Mae Miles. Cherished grandfather of 8. He was preceded in death by Mother Rosie Mae Ragland, Father David Neal Sr, Brothers Eddie Lee Neal and Earl Lee Taylor, Sister Mary Neal Mosley and son David Lee Neal III. He was called home to glory on August 14, 2023 and will be missed dearly.
