Dawn Andrews

Dawn Andrews passed away on October 2, 2026. She was born on April 9, 1961, in Berwyn, Illinois.

Dawn will be remembered for her caring work as a Registered Nurse at Mercy Hospital in Chicago. In her professional life, she devoted herself to helping others, offering compassion and steady support through her work. Outside of work, she was a proud Cubs fan, and that enthusiasm was a happy part of who she was.

She is survived by her husband, John Andrews of 30 years; her sons Ryan and Adam Andrews; her brother, Richard Kocurek(Diane); and her mother, Vera Kocurek. They, along with others who knew and loved her, will carry her memory forward with affection and gratitude.

Her life touched many through both her work and her personal warmth. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
