Della Cranks, 83, of St. Josephs Little Sisters of the Poor in Palatine, Illinois formerly of Cotuit, Massachusetts and Miami, Florida at rest July 1st, 2023. Loving mother of the late Randy and Ronald Pierce. Cherished Grandmother of Cooper, Christopher, Madison and Hailey. Dear sister of Denise(the late Dan) Hile and the late Dennis(the late Patricia) Varner and Derek(the late Inge) Varner. Dearest aunt of Allen, Gregory, Janet, Ellen, Elizabeth, Kristen, Tracey, David, Mark, Laura, Lisa and Michael.

She was an accomplished seamstress who enjoyed helping others in her retirement community. Endeared to her therapy dog Miley who forged and strengthened her friendship with many.

A memorial service will be held at Little Sisters of the Poor at a later date/time.
