Donald L. Huffman

Donald L. Huffman, 82, of Park Ridge, IL, sadly passed away November 5, 2026.

Donald was the loving husband of Gerri (née Uselding) Huffman for 50 treasured years. Beloved father of Matthew (Dana), and Jenna (Ryan) Olmstead. Much loved grandfather of Evelyn, Owen, Andy, & Emmett. Dear brother of Charles, and the late Ernie.

Donald was a proficient IT Systems Analyst with a long career, eventually retiring from Anixter. He was a proud Army veteran, and belonged to the Vietnam Veterans fraternal organization. He graduated from Warren G. Harding High School in Warren, Ohio, and was a Miami of Ohio alum.

Donald was an American Indian History enthusiast, avid card player, dog lover, and enjoyed being on the water and fishing. He was a true man of faith and, above all, a proud American.

A friend to many, he will be dearly missed and fondly remembered.
