Dorice Mary Leone

Dorice Mary Leone, 73, of Villa Park, IL, passed away on July 15, 2026.

Dori was preceded in death by her husband, David Leone, her sister Jan (Jim) Nicholson and her parents, Mary & George Pappas.

She is survived by her brother Steve (Anna) Pappas and her brothers/sisters-in-law Mark (Mindy) Leone, Kathi (Wally) Papciak, Matt (Kim) Leone, Scott (Kevin) Leone. Beloved aunt to Rebecca (Chris) Husk, Katie Nicholson, Nick Pappas, Jennifer (Ken) Baker, Allison (Lee) Leone, Marti (Cody) Londal, Steve Papciak, Danielle (Kyle) Lipponeur, and cherished great-aunt to many.

Dori was known for her long career at ODP (from which she never retired!), and her beautiful ceramic creations. She was an avid reader who loved spending time with friends and family. And she made the best deviled eggs for every family event.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church, 1S314 Summit Ave., Oakbrook Terrace, IL, at 10:00 am on August 1, 2026. All are welcome.
