Dorothy Carter, 65, of Chicago's South Side, passed away peacefully September 10, 2022. She is survived by her loving father, James Carter and beloved siblings Craig Carter, Bari Lynn Carter and Shelbra Carter. Dorothy was preceded in death by her dear mother, Lillian Carter.
Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
