Eduardo Velasquez, 55, of Chicago's Belmont Cragin neighborhood, formerly Bucktown/Logan Square, passed away after a long illness on January 19, 2024. Loving father of Alexandra and Eduardo Velazquez Jr.. Adored Papa of Aubry. Cherished son of Concepcion and the late Alfonso. Dear brother of Juana Velazquez-Monroy, Rosa (Edward) Lutynski, Maria (Stephan) Velazquez-Pantoja, Nicolas Velazquez (Olivia), the late Alfonso Jr., Connie Velazquez and Florence Velazquez. Adored cousin of Maria (Coco) Garcia-Espindola. The coolist uncle of Natalia (Dean) Martinez, Juany (Tom) Honeycutt, Mario (Jessica) Pantoja, Leoncio Monroy, Jr., Lauren (Benjamin) Nava, Robert Majewski Jr. and Isabella Murry.

A visitation will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024 from 3p-8p at Elms Funeral Home (7600 W. Grand Ave. Elmwood Park, IL, 60707). Vigil prayer by Deacon Segura at 6:00 PM
