Edward "Spanky" Mendez

Edward "Spanky" Mendez, 61, of Chicago's Norther Center, formerly of Chicago's Logan Square neighborhood, passed away after a brief illness on June 24, 2024. Beloved son of Carmen (the late Manuel). Adored brother of Hector and Elsa Mendez. Dear uncle of Wilson, Melanie, Peter and Great uncle of Julies. Cherished friend to many. A visitation will be held July 2nd, 3p-69 at Anderson Morgan Funeral Home (3234 W North Ave. Chicago, IL 60647) Internment private.
