Elijah Higgs, 82, passed away on August 7, 2021. He was born in Arkansas but eventually settled in the Rogers Park neighborhood with his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Louella Higgs, and their children. Elijah was a very intelligent man who loved his plants. He was a great friend to many and will be dearly missed.
