Elva Garibay

Elva Garibay, 70, of Lake Zurich, Illinois and formerly of Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood, peacefully passed away at her home August 19, 2023. She is survived by her loving daughters Sandra Pinedo and Lilly Garibay; cherished grandchildren Vianca, Marco, Giovanna, Moses, Sebastian, Franky, Anna and Ashley; great-grandchildren Celeste, Abigail, Daniel, Jordyn, Caleb, Jayceon and Legend; treasured sisters Martha and Irma; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Elva was preceded in death by her devoted son Moses Cruz; and beloved sisters Raquel, Alicia and Nena.
