Esther Mae Lowe, 96, of Chicago, Illinois, formerly of Biloxi, Mississippi and Montgomery, Alabama, passed away peacefully on October 31st 2025. Loving wife of Oscar. Beloved mother of Joyce, Priscilla, Anita and Barbara. Cherished sister of Emma Cile and Mildred.
