Evelyn Jackson

Evelyn Jackson left this world on Christmas day 2020. She was born to Monroe and Evalina Copening on August 7, 1953. Evelyn lived her life in Chicago, Illinois, where she married her childhood sweetheart, the late Maurice L. Jackson in 1978. Together they had two beautiful daughters Michelle Antoinette Copening, and Marcia Paulette Copening. She was given four grandchildren, Mariah Thomas, Leah Thomas, Maya and Derrick Waller, and one great grandchild Cameron Horton. Evelyn was a strong woman who although she had her struggles, had a smile that would light up every room she stepped into. Her energy and love for fashion and dancing was unmatched.
