Ezila Taylor

Ezila Taylor, age 82, of Chicago's South Side, passed away February 12, 2025. Eliza leaves behind her loving children Emma Jewell, James Harry, Donna James, Jesse James, Lovie Lee Taylor and Ruthie Mae James; beloved grandchildren Sharnece, Kashanda, Sandraya, Shukura, Z'iear, Ja'mear, Quanea, Anaya, Cassius, Nia'Monee, X'Zavier, Hakeem and Samej. Ezila was preceded in death by her mother Jewell Williams and her daughters Emma Jewell James Harry and Ruthie Mae James. Mother of 5 she was loving, kind, and lived every day like it was her last. If you met her once, she was your friend for life. Rest in paradise, queen.
