Fred was Born May 27 1959 in Chicago, Illinois. Fred is preceded in death by his Mother Diane Phillips, his father W J Phillips, his older Brother Larry Bradley, his older Sister Mary Gill.

Fred departed from this earth On January 16, 2023.

Fred married Paula Fielding on June 30, 2013.

Fred was raised as a Christian and was a member of Pilgrims Rest Baptist Church on the West side of Chicago, Illinois. Fred attended Paul Robeson High School On Chicago South Side.

Fred was a hard worker with a kind heart, A free giver and loved his Family.

Fred leaves to mourn his Wife: Paula Fielding Christian, His Sister: Sharon Mays, Two Brothers: Otis Phillips, Willie Phillips and host of Nieces and Nephews. 

Rest In Peace Our Dear Brother.
