Guillermo Molina

Guillermo Molina, age 79, passed away on May 27, 2026.

Born on May 8, 1947, in Guatemala, Guillermo as a young man enjoyed taking long motorcycle rides on the Guatemalan mountain side. He later made Chicago, Illinois his home after moving there in 1974. He was a hardworking and dedicated man who spent many years employed with Northern Telecom, where he was respected for his strong work ethic and reliability.

Guillermo was married to the love of his life, Laura, for 17 wonderful years before her passing in 1994. Together they built a loving family.

He was a proud and loving father to Maritza Hernandez and Henry Molina, and a cherished grandfather to Jasmine Hernandez, Alexander Hernandez, and Jessica Hernandez.

Guillermo found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved spending time on TikTok, playing solitaire, eating strawberries, horseback riding, and staying active through exercise for as long as his health allowed. He will be remembered for the love he shared with those around him.

He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
