Gus Plikas

Gus Plikas, 59, of Chicago's Humboldt Park and Galewood neighborhoods and formerly of Grevena, Greece passed away on September 30, 2021.

Beloved husband of Tammy for 18 years. Dear father to Sidney and Marquita Wright. Grandfather of Asia, Brian, Jadiene, Trinity, Trenton, James and Malachi. Cherished brother of Sam (Harriett), Peter (Sula) and Nick Plikas.

Gus was a cook at Beefee's in Chicago and enjoyed rock music, bike rides and comedy. He was also a great cook and did computer work.

Gus had a heart of gold. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
