Howard Lee Carter, 76, of Hanover Park formerly of Benton, IL passed away October 19, 2021. Beloved husband of Peggy for over 30 years. Loving brother of Ruby (the late James) Summers, Leslie (Mae), Willie (Beth) and the late Donald Eugene Carter. Cherished uncles of Tanya, Dan, Charlie, Billy, Paul, Amanda and Mary. Dearest great uncle. Cousin and friend to many. Former longtime employee of Duraco Plastics.
