Hugh Edward Parsons, 80, of Evanston, IL, passed away July 3, 2022.

Loving husband to Earline Jackson (nee Morgan) for 46 years. Beloved father to the late James Anthony Jackson, Debra Jackson, Regina Jackson & Christopher (Angela) Parsons. Caring grandfather to Valdez Holland, Christian Mathias, Anthony Batterham & Cortni Holland. Treasured brother preceded in death by Don Parsons, Alden (Gwendolyn) Parsons, Janice (Frank) Anderson, Diane Williams, Lewis Parsons Jr., Marion Woolridge, Byron Parsons & Charlaine Parsons. Longtime employee of 39 years for the City of Evanston. Hugh was a dear friend who loved to fish and will be missed.
