Ignatius Mercurio

Ignatius Mercurio, 89, of Chicago, Illinois, peacefully passed away June 23, 2023. He was a longtime engineer for the Chicago Park District and loved spending time with his family. Ignatius is survived by his loving daughter Linda (the late Paul) Kreatsoulas and son Phillip Ignatius (Annie) Mercurio; cherished grandchildren Debra Kreatsoulas, Michael Mercurio, Jon-Paul Kreatsoulas, Brian Mercurio, Nicole Mercurio and Kelly Mercurio; and great-grandchildren Angel Alberto Ramirez and Isabell Marie Ramirez. Ignatius was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 65 years, Marlene Patricia Mercurio (2022). A celebration of his life to be determined at a later date annd time.
