Beloved father of Nicole Mosley, Tiffany Hughes, Shanel Kenney, Tomeicka Branson, Janiyah McGriff, Shea McDowell and Alesia Daniels. Loving brother of Charlotte Brown. Cherished grandfather of Jaylan, Ahmir, and Jace Koroma, Elijah Kellum, Phoenix and River Hughes, Terell and Ty'Rihanna Bullock, Olivia Fletcher.

Illiya was the owner and operator of Dark City Trucking. He enjoyed spending time with his family especially his grandsons, loved music, traveling the world in his truck and most of all his WIFE.
