Jacqualine Kostrzewa

Jacqualine (Jackie) Dominowski Kostrzewa, age 79, of North Mayfair, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her children on July 13, 2020. A dedicated and loving mother to John (Melissa) Kostrzewa, Jeanne (Michael) Morrelli, Karen, and Suzi (Randy) Kostrzewa. Grandmother to Courtney, Kristopher, Anthony, Jonathon and Colette. Loving sister to the late Gale (Cheryl) Dominowski. Jackie devoted her life to her children and was dedicated to her community. She was honored by the City of Chicago as Senior of the Year . Due to COVID restrictions, a celebration of her life will be held at St. Cornelius for immediate family at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park, Illinois.
