James "Jim" Crummy

James "Jim" George Crummy, of Chicago, Illinois passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 22, 2023. He will be remembered as a hard working Chicago attorney, loving husband to Karen (née Geier), father to Todd and Brian, father-in-law to Tracy, grandfather to Cathan, Cillian and Ciaran, uncle to Martin and Ellyse, Julia and Matthew, Gregory and Meghan, Daniel and Rhea, great uncle to Nico, Coulson, and Archie and brother-in-law to Jon and Janet Geier and Jack Kennelly. He was preceded in death by his parents George and Frances (née Dougherty) Crummy, brother-in-law James Geier, and sister-in-law Susan (née Geier) Kennelly. He served many years as President of Rainbow Condominium in Sister Bay, WI. Jim was a family man, sociable and outgoing, enjoyed daily walks, boating and fishing. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
