James Arthur Miller, 88, of Arlington Heights and formerly of Evanston went to be with the Lord November 25, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Barbara Joy (2013). Loving father of Michael, Julie (Ron) Lee, Susan Pizzolato and Katie Digati. Cherished grandpa of Ryan, Curtis, Douglas, Kevin, Grant, Sean, Anthony, Sarah and great grandfather of Jackson, Zoe and Carter. Dear brother of the late Marion Miller. Longtime jazz enthusiast and jazz drummer. Avid photographer and fisherman. A celebration of his life will be held Saturday, December 11 at St. Thomas of Villa Nova, 1201 E. Anderson Dr., Palatine, IL 60074 @ 10am.
