James Alan Mitchell, 49,  passed away unexpectedly March 17, 2023. James grew up in Medina, Ohio, where he graduated high school and had recently moved to Chicago a year and a half ago. He is survived by his beloved mother Linda (Frank) Kobak; loving daughter Katrina Mitchell; cherished grandchildren Phoenix and Serenity Mitchell; caring sister Christina (Kenny Ward) Mitchell; and dear niece Casey Ward.
