Janina T. Samek, age 69, of Norridge and formerly of Chicago and Rzeszow, Poland, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Boslaw (2003). Loving mother of Mark (Agnieszka) and John Samek. Cherished Babcia of Julia, Adam and Sophia. Dear sister of Wieslaw and the late Tadeusz and Maria. Fond aunt and friend to many. Memorial Mass pending.
