Jennifer Stout, 37, of Elgin formerly of Morris passed unexpectedly August 5th 2023. Loving mother of Eleanor and Emberleigh Stout-Elder. Beloved daughter of Marie (the late Robert). Loving sister of Zachary Payton. Cherished niece of Dave and Kim Chamberlin. Dear cousin of Kelsey Blakney (Jaccor) of GA, Michael Good, Danielle Good-Lyman (Maya), Gianna Chamberlin. Dearest granddaughter to late Penny Ratzkewisch and to Walter Ratzkewisch. Great Cousin’s LaMyah Pringle, Braxton Good, Izabella and Kingston Blakney.

Celebration of life will be Sept 2 at 11:00am at the Veteran Memorial park in Elgin, IL down by the library.
