Joan E. Hickey, 84, of Wood Dale, passed away December 9, 2021. Beloved wife of the late John Hickey. Loving mother of Richard Carey, Jeffrey Carey, Thomas (Crystal) Carey and the late Jack Carey. Dear grandmother of Heather Lee, Jennifer Carey, Michael Carey, Jeffrey Carey, Brianna Carey, Meghan Carey, Thomas Carey, Marissa Carey, Samantha Carey, Jack Carey and Reese Carey; great-grandmother of four. Retired candy maker. Longtime devoted Cubs fan.
